A Warm and Inspiring Kick-off by the Community Leader

Purpose, Passion, and Meaning — The Training Takes Off

Mr. Huang from the Xu Beihong Cultural Art Center gave an inspiring session, sharing Xu Beihong’s life, his role in modern art, and practical speaking skills. With vivid stories and live demonstrations, he brought the lessons to life. The children listened intently, asked questions, and joined in with great enthusiasm, filling the room with energy.

During the training, parents also took part throughout, capturing moments of their children’s focused learning with their phones. One parent remarked: “This community training is truly meaningful. It not only helps children learn about art, but also encourages them to speak with confidence. As parents, we fully support such activities.”

At the end of the program, the community encouraged the students to apply what they had learned in daily life and actively take part in upcoming practice sessions and presentation competitions. The successful completion of these two “Voices of the Red Legacy” training sessions not only provided children with a platform for learning and exchange, but also strengthened the connection between Youth Creation & Xu Beihong Art Space, Qinghua Community, and local residents.
